- Survice sidei have can't used the scooter for more than 5 months. After running 15000 km, all the main parts of the scooter become compliant. They don't change any of this. There is an average 6 months warranty for some parts. But they are not ready to change those parts. The staff behaves very badly. At first they said any parts complaint we can a change and claim the main parts in warranty. Then they saying that it is not their responsibility. When we as a costomer ask what to do, they don't have an answer.Read More
