Overview
The All-New Honda X-ADV has been launched at Rs. 11.90 lakh. It blends the rugged qualities of an adventure motorcycle with the practicality of a maxi-scooter. The X-ADV carves out a unique place of its own.

Design
-
The Honda X-ADV’s design merges an adventure tourer with a maxi-scooter.
-
The scooter gets a split LED headlight setup, a tall windscreen, knuckle guards, and an upswept exhaust - adding to its off-road ready look.
-
The X-ADV is available in two colour options: Pearl Glare White and Graphite Black.

Features
-
The scooter comes equipped with a 5-inch full-colour TFT console that comes with Honda RoadSync app connectivity, call and SMS alerts, turn-by-turn navigation, and music/voice command control.
-
It also gets convenience features like cruise control, keyless ignition, and ‘Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC)’, which is Honda’s fancy name for switchable traction control.
-
It has a 22-litre under-seat storage compartment, also with a USB Type-C charge port.

Riding Posture & Comfort
-
The seat looks spacious and well-contoured for comfort, but the seat height is high at 820mm.
-
The handlebars are positioned upright and wide, giving better control.
-
The suspension setup should be comfortable whether on or off the road.

Engine, Mileage & Performance
-
The X-ADV is powered by a 745cc liquid-cooled, twin-cylinder engine that makes 58.6PS at 6,750rpm, 69Nm at 4,750rpm, and has a claimed 168kmph top speed.
-
The engine is mated to a six-speed, dual-clutch, automatic transmission (DCT), which gets both manual and automatic modes. In manual, you can change gears by pressing the (+) or (-) buttons on the left side switchgear.
-
The claimed mileage is 27.7kmpl and it has a large 13.2-litre fuel tank capacity.
-
It gets a ride-by-wire throttle and offers five riding modes – Standard, Sport, Rain, Gravel, and a customizable User mode.

Handling & Ride Quality
-
The scooter is built on a tubular steel frame, suspended by a 41mm inverted fork with 153mm of travel and a preload-adjustable monoshock with 150mm of travel.
-
The ground clearance is 165mm and the kerb weight is 237kg - which is rather heavy.
-
It gets a 17-inch front and 15-inch setup, with wire-spoke wheels and block-pattern tubeless tyres at both ends.
-
It has dual 296mm front discs with radially-mounted 4-piston calipers and a 240mm rear disc, with dual-channel ABS.

Initial Impressions
-
With its unique styling, performance, and features - the X-ADV stands out not only in Honda’s lineup, but also as the only ‘adventure scooter’ available currently.
-
With the practicality of underseat storage, smartphone connectivity, riding modes, and its ready to go anywhere intent - the X-ADV is a compelling option for those interested in both adventure and convenience in one package.
Pros & Cons

- Detailed review of X-advAs it is the fastest scooter on rode currently it comes with great features and stability plus it gives a decent mileage as a good engine installed in it. It can still give around 24-25kml/L as a constant and the look and feel on this is so futuristic and the road presence this scooter has is unmatchable best investment i can ever think ofRead More1 1
- Good for travellingBike is good for long distance travelling, rider and pillion both have a comfortable seating position. Using in city is also good but most probably better for travelling. Smooth riding experience but some riders experience rattling noise from the screen on bumpy roads. Many riders praise the x adv for long distance touring and comfort.Read More2
