BMW CE 04 Design
The scooter has a modern design with sporty looks. It’s bold-looking body panels that give it a good road presence. The front cowl has BMW badging its sides and it also gets a taller windscreen as an accessory. The maxi-scooter styling is quite unique and the colour schemes are quite distinctive but we think it looks best in the ‘Imperial Blue Metallic’ colour scheme.
BMW CE 04 Motor And Battery
The BMW CE 04 is powered by an electric motor that produces 42PS and 62Nm. The scooter comes with a 8.5kWh battery pack that gives it a claimed range of 130km. The electric scooter can reach a claimed top speed of 120kmph and a claimed 0 to 50kmph acceleration time of 2.6 seconds. It takes about 4 hours and 20 minutes to fully charge the scooter with a 2.3kW standard charger.
BMW CE 04 Chassis, Brakes, Wheels, Suspension
The BMW CE 04 gets a telescopic fork with 110mm of suspension travel and a monoshock absorber with 92mm of suspension travel. For the braking, it gets 265mm dual discs at the front and a 265mm single disc at the rear end, with dual-channel ABS as standard. The scooter gets 15-inch alloy wheels at both ends with a 120-section front and a 160-section rear tubeless tyres. It weighs 231kg (kerb), and has a seat height of 780mm.
BMW CE 04 Features
The BMW CE 04 comes with a 10.25-inch TFT console with smartphone connectivity, keyless ignition, three riding modes: Eco, Rain and Road along with a reverse mode. It also gets a USB charging port for added convenience and an all-LED lighting setup.

The BMW CE 04 doesn’t have any direct rivals in its segment. But at a much lower price, you can get the Honda X-ADV, which is petrol-powered and has slightly more performance.
