Average bike for a Budget friendly

I am using this bike for past 4 years. I have both Positive and negative from my usage of bike.

Mileage:
For 110CC bike you can't expect more than 70, after 5 years of tear and wear it is giving solid 65/km.
Durability:
Durability of Honda is very well maintained but it is only for Engine, all other parts are needs to be changed. In Five years i have changed Rear Tyre(TVS tyre, i can say it is low cost and low quality), Chain - this is the other flaw for 110CC engines, there chains are used in TVS champ chain, which is very small and their tooth will not last more than 18K kms.
Accident duaribility:
I have met in couple of accidents with this bike due to slippery of Road both the times.
1.) The chain and bud-guard is broken, but still i am using for more than 4 years, only chain replaced.
2.)Head light lamp, this is very under rated - I have changed three times so far in five years.
Advantages:
-I can say in these product line, Seat capacity i can say 200% it has very long seat 3 members can sit with east.
-Mileage it will give advantage for long and daily usages.
Disadvantages:
-Parts of Honda is costly and 1st time parts are very cheap it will be duplicate too.
-Not friendly for Harsh ride and non-maintenance will cost you more than you expect.
Suggestions:
-While buying don't accept if they put TVS tyres.
-Please check side closet for lock, it has been broken and never replaced.
