Ducati 1299 Superleggera: The new Ducati 1299 Superleggera was showcased at the 2016 EICMA motorcycle show and now has been launched in India. The 1299 Superleggera is the most expensive motorcycle that you can buy in the country today. The bike comes with a staggering price tag of Rs 1. 12 crore (ex-showroom, Delhi). The bike features all-carbon fibre construction except for the engine. It is in fact, the first production motorcycle to get a carbon fibre frame, swingarm and wheels. The engine and other metallic components also get lightweight materials like titanium and billet aluminium, resulting in an extensive weight reduction and a dry weight of just 156kg.  

It gets a 1285cc L-twin Superquadro motor that puts out a whopping 215PS and is the most powerful production motor Ducati have ever made. The bike features every conceivable electronic aid that you can think of and then some more. Stratospheric price aside, this bike is a sure shot way to get your fix of speed and probably is the ultimate stop to biking nirvana.
