Benelli TNT 600 GT

Benelli with its partner DSK offers a Gran Turismo Naked motorcycle- Benelli Tnt 600 Gt, that is also the latest addition to its current line-up. The bike is super sporty and its main motive is to take you places. Designed to perform on city roads as well as highways, the machine has fantastic front profile with soothing rear end. Muscular body with a raging power train dwells perfectly in the classic tubular steel trellis at the front and at the rear, is a fusion of aluminum alloy casting for lightweight.

The stylish body of Benelli Tnt 600 Gt envelops a ferocious 600cc, liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, 4-valve, DOCH, Inline-4 engine, which is also found in its naked version- Benelli Tnt 600 I. Configured with the same tactics, it generates 82hp of extreme power at an acceleration of 11,500rpm with peak torque of 52Nm at 10,500rpm. The motor is assisted with a 6-speed transmission system and an electronic injection having four 8mm throttle bodies. The range of the bike is multiplied with 27 liter of fuel tank capacity.

The magnetic craftsmanship comprises of 50mm upside-down forks at the front and Benelli shock with adjustable rebound and spring preload at the rear. The movement of the bike is made on Metzeler Sportec front 120/70 ZR17 58W and rear 180/55 ZR17 73W tyres. These tyres sport Y-spoke aluminum alloys that are further equipped to twin 320mm front floating discs with radial mounted 4 piston calipers and single 260mm rear disc with double piston caliper. The wheelbase of the machine is 1405mm with a seat height of 800mm and wet weight of 223kg. White is the only available color option for this bike.

Benelli TNT 600GT is the Gran Turismo version of the naked sports bike 600i, the machine is a pure sports-tourer and is designed to cater all types of riders. Built to experience all kinds of terrains, this machine is assembled on a front steel tube trellis and rear aluminium alloy casting chassis that is light in weight and highly competitive. The suspensions employed are 50mm upside-down forks at the front and hydraulic monoshock absorber at the rear.

The manufacturer has equipped the machine to Metzeler Sportec front 120/70 ZR17 58W and rear 180/55 ZR17 73W tyres. Aluminum alloy wheels are bestowed with the tyres that hold twin 320mm floating discs with radial mounted 4 piston calipers at the front and 260mm diameter disc with double piston caliper at the rear. The dimensions of the motorcycle are 2150mm x 840mm x 1280mm (l x w x h). Wheelbase of 1470mm makes the motorcycle more stable and help rider cruise at high speed effectively and smoothly. Made for the Indian roads, the maker has also provided it with a minimum ground clearance of 150mm. Kerb weight of the bike is 243kg, which is a bit high and might be uncomfortable for short heighted riders.

Benelli TNT 600 GT gets its revs from a 600cc, in-line four cylinder, 16 valves, DOHC, liquid cooled, four stroke motor that comes mated to a six-speed constant mesh transmission with one-down, five-up configuration. The motor cranks out a peak power of 83.9bhp at 11,500rpm with a net torque of 54.6Nm at 10,500rpm.

The bike moves on Metzeler Sportec 120/70 ZR17 58W front and Metzeler Sportec 180/55 ZR17 73W rear tyres that are mounted over robust black alloy wheels. The fierce stopping power is provided by dual 320mm hydraulic disc brakes with four piston callipers at the front and 260mm single hydraulic disc brake with twin piston calliper at the rear. The suspension kit of the bike comprises of inverted telescopic shock absorbers at the front and a single hydraulic mono shock absorber at the rear.
