- Suzuki loveWorth buying I feel comfortable for driving this nd mileage too good nd traveling long is more comfortable nd use for me... bike wright also lightly good than other bikes
- Value For Money BikeRiding Gixxer since 2018, It gives mileage between 45-50 in mixed road conditions. Comfort level is average, not good for long riding especially for pillion. The performance is nice. You can ride it at speeds aalso complete in the range of 1,000 to 2,000. A headlightbove 90 km/h confidently because it provides a good braking system. General service is also complete in the range of 1,000 to 2,000. A headlight throw from a halogen bulb is average.Read More1

- Great bike comes with great mileage and powerFirst of all this bike has a great fuel efficient engine, I mean it is just wow! One day, I got the fuel tank filled with Rs. 100 of petrol and I got the mileage of around 60 KMS which is fantastic, Literally, I didn't expect this much mileage. Secondly, the engine doesn't get heated up very soon which makes the long ride smooth and cool. Third, the exhaust sound gives a very sporty feeling. Fourth, it has a great comfy seat which makes the ride comfortable and its pillion seat is also good. Fifth, it has a great braking system with the great tyres which makes the rider feel confident on the twisty and rough roads. Last but not least, it got a great look from the front which makes it perfect. I would surely recommend this bike to someone who is looking for a great sports bike under Rs.1.25 lakh.Read More
- Perfect Value for Money 150cc Bike. It's a complete package: Looks: Blue SF catches attention. Engine: Torque making it fun to ride especially in the mid-range. Mileage: 45+ kmpl, happy with it. Braking: Good, if you know engine braking. Power: Amazing, won't disappoint you except for straight stretches where even a Duke 390 will feel slower. Please don't compare to R15 now, that's a beast in 150cc segment. Pro's: 1. Stylish 2. Comfortable for tours 3. Fuel efficiency 4. Double nozzle exhaust is one of its kind in the segment 5. Good for city commutes, long tours and fun rides on weekends. 6. Service cost is reasonable, and the cost of the spare parts if not cheap is not expensive either. Cons: 1. Poor service at most of the service centers. 2. No considerable upgrades except new color variants every year. 3. Not a high-rev engine, gasket starts leaking if you start red-lining on every gear. Reason to Buy: Bought in 2015 when SF was just launched and at that point of time, there was only 1 other VFM 150 cc bike in the market - FZ but it became overrated with time just like the Pulsars. To be honest, there is still no match for Gixxer in the 150cc segment if you weigh the price and features on offer. My only complaint - service offered at SVC's is a little short from pathetic, and the long wait for 250-300cc Gixxer to be launched.Read More2
- Not A Good BikeI am owning it for 2 years. it resists up to only for 2 years, my engine problem, chain sparked changed, worst break, not comfortable, suspension not good, very skiddy because of poor back brake. only thing is pick up and speed. Even after I got serviced every month and changed engine oil every 2500kms, maintained well still it is performing poorly.Read More
- Genuine truest review.1 month review. Still in breaking period. Mileage 43kmpl and will increase after first service. Smooth and refined engine throughout the powerband uptill 4000 rpm as it is max rpm i ride. Pickup is average. Comfortable seating for rider and for pillion not much comfortable but bearable for pillion to ride for 75kms straight after that pillion needs rest. I have glossy black colour abs carb version. Eye catchy and shiny. The looks of this bike is the major pros because fairing designed practically. Ride quality is the best because it feels like riding a big bike and gives confidence. Handling is good. Engine is peppy and happy-to-rev. Coming towards breaking front disc gives a great bite and nice stopping power but rear disc sometimes lock the wheel and not much confident to use it for hard breaking situation. Paint job is good. Rear view mirrors are wide and create problems in traffic only but gives good visibility because they're wide. Headlight is bad and low beam is of no use in city. High beam is okay-ish. Instrument cluster is the coolest and accurate gear position indicator. Side stand create problems everywhere and have second thoughts about leaving the bike on side stand assuming someone can easily make it fall on the other side. Suspension is stiffer and can be adjusted. Exhaust note is bassy but not loud and can't hear in traffic. Plastic and fairing quality is great. Groud clearance is less and hits some speed breakers. Clutch is light. Good for touring without pillion. Very reliable bike. Worth it and value for money.Read More3
- Affordable & Reliable Bike - Gixxer SFThis is my opinion after completing 16000 Km. Why I have opted for Gixxer SF? In my circle Honda was Omni present with its presence as CB Hornet, CB Unicorn and Dazzler. After several discussions (wars) with my friends, I decided to go for Suzuki Gixxer. Reasons struck me to go for Gixxer are 1. Maintenance Cost (Relatively low compared to Honda). Average cost for 4 free services is 450 Rs including all materials (for each 4000Km/ 90 days) . 2. I felt it easier and comfortable in driving Gixxer over CB Hornet. (CB Hornet was my another option to go for) 3. in my budget in all possible way. At last I have opted for Gixxer SF, because it looks Cool and gives the extra boost when random strangers literally turns their head along the direction you pass by (not exaggerated god Promise). Fuel Economy: I have got a Fuel Economy of 46-48 KmpL. The minimum I have got when rash driving (often high rise and breaking) gave me around 40KmpL. Mostly I drove between 5K rpm to 6K rpm which gives me around 46 KmpL. Driving Comfort. Driving experience on the whole throughout 16K drive, The handling when turning, even in sharp turning the machine gives you the best in class comfortable. You wouldn’t feel the hand pain even after 400Km drive at a stretch. (I go to my hometown by bike often) Suspension: Suspension for the Rider is very good and whereas suspension for the pillion is not so good. Even the small ups and down can be felt by pillion butt. Turning Indicators: Even though Indicators will get broken often (I broke it several times) it is easier to fix and most of the times using only Fevikwik Replacing parts are cheaper E.g. Left Foot rest Pivot costed me Rs. 390, Side Mirror for Rs.350 and every other essential replacement were under Rs. 400. Periodic Maintenance: For my first four services, average cost is Rs. 450 For the fifth paid service: Labor charge –Rs. 450, Part replacement – Rs. 400 Pickup: I am not passionate about driving so fast, to lookup for pick up in speed. As per my experience, it is adequately powered to reach 80 KmpH with in few seconds. It runs smoothly and I didn’t find any vibrations @80KmpH in 4th gear. (Not advisable, it is an accidental discovery). Availability of Spare parts is good; you can get it fixed any minor parts replacement in less than a day. I find this bike is balanced between Ride quality and Money you pay. I felt this bike is worth every rupee I have spent. If it is helpful, please let the other user that this review is helpful.Read More10
- Suzuki Gixxer SF – Good Performance, Fragile BodyFragile! Handle with care, perfectly fits on Suzuki Gixxer SF. I purchased this motorcycle a year ago and initially I was in love with the bike. With the powerful engine and all the useful features, the comfort level and handling is awesome, after all, you are paying a big amount of over Rs. 1 lakh. You won’t be having complains neither in cities nor highways. But there are a few downsides which I really don’t like about Gixxer SF. First, the body kit of the bike is of poor quality, once it falls on the opposite side, you know you have to bear heavy expenses. One day children in my house pushed the bike on the opposite side and the body kit was badly damaged with a lot of scratches. I was stunned and can't believe how fragile it could be. Also, the back seat is not comfortable for the second person. Overall, if you are a single user and performance is what you need, then you can buy Suzuki Gixxer SF. But handle with care as the body panel is weak.Read More28 7
