- Value For MoneyI love the look and the overall performance is good. Off-roading is easy and the mileage is also good in cities. The build quality is too good and this is a value for money.
- My Knight FuryI had a lot of fun with my Himalayan. I love the performance of my bike, off-road it is a beast. It is very easy to handle. But it lacks a bit of power on the highway (Top SPEED- 140 KMPH). I never have any problem with the mileage. It roughly gives 29-30kmpl mileage on the highways and 26-27kmpl in the city traffic. Long-distance travel comfort is very good. Service cost will be around Rs.3500 for every 5000 km.Read More

- Made For Himalayas - Royal Enfield HimalayanI have bought Royal Enfield Himalayan after selling my KTM RC 200. Initially, I was not quite sure, if I am making a wise decision. However, When I made my plan to buy this bike it was such ease for my life. 1. The buying experience was very easy and smooth, the sales staff was very supportive. They brief me everything about the bike before I should take it home. I have got my bike in just 10 days of the waiting period. 2. Riding this bike is so comfortable and good. I never felt tired on the seat even driving for more than 700 km in a single stretch. I drove it to Himalayas and Ladakh. I feel like it is made for adventures journey. 3. It looks awesome. It makes a clear difference when you ride this and other bikes. I love sleet colour. 4. The performance of Royal Enfield Himalayan is unbelievable. No bike can beat it in performance and power. 5. I got an average mileage of 30-35 kmpl on the complete trip of Ladakh. I observed Its balance, pick up, power, braking, grip with the old bikes I had, everything was unbeatable. 6. After-sales service is good. Royal Enfield provides roadside assistance all over India. I love it's firing noise. 7. To be honest maintenance of this bike is a bit costly, however, it is all worth it when you ride this bike. The only con of this bike is its height. This might be a bit uncomfortable for the people who are less than 5'6".Read More18

- Don't buy, waste of money with a top speed of 90-100 KMPH and mileage of 12 KMPLMy Royal Enfield Himalayan's mileage is 12 KMPL and max speed is around 100 KMPH. Don't buy it as there is no power or mileage and the max speed is 95 - 100 KMPH. Above 95 KMPH. the vehicle vibrates too much which we can't handle. Following are the problems of the bike: 1. Low Mileage 12 KMPL. 2. Top Speed is 90-100 KMPH. 3. The air vent in the petrol tank had a problem, so during rain, every time water gets into the tank. From the first service I have been reporting this to the RE showroom staff and each time they would say by the next service it will be fixed. No mileage, no top speed also no proper service. I gave complaints and the reply was "just talk to the showroom from where you have purchased". So I took to the RE showroom service center and I told the problems but they did nothing. Also, they won't write down every problem we say to list down in the service chart, they just write 3 or 4 things only. Why should you buy a bike giving 100 KMPH max speed with 12 KMPL mileage costing near 2 lacs.Read More17 51

- Himalayan -BS3 Owner- Bought and sold in a jiffy.Himalayan is a Hyped bike. Let me start with Cons Cons: It is heavy in weight, difficult when you are stuck in a muddy region, too bad you cannot push your way out of it. The engine has less power to climb the hill. Too many parts on an off-road bike. Mileage is pathetic. Maneuverability is bad, Always takes a long angle. Too hard on sharp corners. Engine heats up too much in city limits. Service is not up to the mark, coz people do not know how to fix a dirt bike or an off-road bike. Pros: Good for the back except for weight in case you want to lift the bike. Good throttle response. Good seating. Takes a weight of 2 heavy people easily.Read More7 3
