After riding for a week on different terrains across the country, Wrangler’s top ten 'True Wanderers' successfully completed their journey. Soon after the journey ended, results for the “True Wanderers 4.0” were announced in which Tariq Aziz Khan (Kolkata) turned out to be the winner or True Wanderer 4.0 with Saquib Ahmad (Bangalore) and Sachin Sadashivan Nair (Mumbai) being the runner-ups. The True Wanderer 4.0 took home a Triumph Bonneville T100 motorcycle. A panel of biking experts decided a winner based on the quality of content generated and the experiences shared by the contestant on his blog as well as the number of votes he got.

The trophy bike, Triumph Bonneville T100 comes equipped with an 865cc, air-cooled, DOHC, parallel-twin engine that produces a power output of 60.3bhp at 7,500rpm with a peak torque of 61Nm at 5,550rpm being delivered through a 5-speed gearbox. The winner, Tariq Aziz Khan is a bike enthusiast and is extremely fond of motorcycle touring. He captured the beauty of India through his camera during the journey. According to Wrangler, he certainly had a lot of interesting stories to tell through his experiences and blog updates on the portal, making him a ‘True Wanderer’.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Vimal Sumbly, Managing Director, Triumph Motorcycles India and member of the jury panel, said, “I congratulate Tariq for being adjudged the true wanderer this season. It was an enriching experience to be a part of the jury panel. I am extremely happy to see the contents and photographs that the participants have shared and the passion and hard work that have gone into it to make True Wanderer 4.0 a grand success. I am sure Tariq would enjoy riding his new Bonneville to the fullest.”
