Hero Vida VX2 Launched In India: Image Gallery
The scooter has a ton of features on offer, despite the affordable price tag
The Hero Vida VX2 has been launched in India, and the e-scooter is now the most affordable model in the Hero Vida lineup. Here’s an overview of what the new e-scooter has to offer in detailed images.
Design
The Vida VX2 has a simple and minimalist design, and is essentially the rebadged Vida Z, which was unveiled at EICMA 2024. The scooter looks quite elegant and premium, thanks to the additions like the LED DRL integrated into the headlight setup.
The large single-piece seat also looks quite spacious. The brand is also offering a pillion backrest as an optional accessory for additional comfort. At 777mm the seat height is on par with traditional scooters.
Power & Performance
The Vida VX2 is offered in two variants: Go and Plus. The Go variant gets a single 2.2 kWh removable battery setup offering a claimed range of 92km. The Plus variant, on the other hand, gets a twin battery setup with a combined capacity of 3.4kWh, offering a claimed range of 142km.
Both variants are powered by the same 6kW motor, but the Go variant has a claimed top speed of 70kmph, and the Plus has a claimed top speed of 80kmph. These figures are pretty decent for city commutes.
Underpinnings
The Vida VX2 is built on a tubular frame and is suspended on a telescopic fork and a monoshock. Both variants get 12-inch alloy wheels, but the Plus gets a disc brake at the front, whereas the Go gets a drum brake setup.
Features
The Plus variant features a 4.2-inch TFT display, smartphone connectivity, and related features such as call/SMS alerts and turn-by-turn navigation. Safety features include remote immobilisation and a live scooter location tracker. The Go variant, on the other hand, gets a 4.2-inch LCD console. Unlike the Vida V2, the VX2 has a regular physical key setup instead of a keyless start.
The scooter also gets a generous underseat storage, with the Go variant getting a 27.2-litre boot and the Plus variant getting a 33.2-litre boot space.

Bahot hi shandaar scooter hai bus charging me 5 ghante ke approx lagte hai baaki saari chize thik hai. Sabse badiya lagta hai iska swappal battery wala system ki kahi bhi jao battery nikalo and normally charge kar lo. Me khud iski battery office me charge kar leta hu, agar aap ko bhi ye daily commute ke liye chayie to le sakte ho. Rides me maja bahut aata hai bus built quality pe thoda aur dhyan diya ja sakta tha wese frame wagera badiya laga rakhe ha body ki protection ke liye. Design bhi badia lagta hai, light weight bhi hai, easily control ho jati hai high 50 speed me bhi Overall experience badiya hai abhi tak ka 3 mahine ho gye liye hue, aap bhi le sakte ho agar apko bhi office, college ya daily commute ke liye chaiye to. I was highly attracted by the price, As I have seen numerous service issues with other companies. I didn't want to take a risk of paying high and suffering loss. Colour and design are appealing to me. Regarding the riding experience, It is very comfort even the back seat guy is feeling excellent comfort. The scooter has 3 difference ride modes. I used to ride 50 km per day in city and remote areas. This scooter is made for middle class people who has a minimum of 40 km day riding requirement. Best for everyone. No software issues, no break down issue. Removable battery, you can charge from your office. Read More
