GT Force New Electric Scooter Lineup Launched: GT Vegas, GT Ryd Plus, GT One Plus Pro And GT Drive Pro

The new lineup includes a lot of new options with prices starting from Rs 55,555 (ex-showroom)

GT Force has launched a new lineup of electric scooters, including both low and high-speed e-scooter offerings. The new scooters include GT Vegas, GT Ryd Plus, GT One Plus Pro and GT Drive Pro. Here’s a brief overview of these four scooters and what they bring to the table:

GT Vegas

The GT Vegas is a low-speed electric scooter. It comes with a 1.5kWh Lithium-Ion battery, which gives the scooter a claimed range of 70km. The battery takes 4-5 hours to charge from 0-100 percent, it comes with a micro charger that has an auto-cut feature which stops the battery from overcharging.

The Vegas is powered by a brushless DC electric motor and gives this scooter a claimed top speed of 25kmph. The e-scooter is suspended on a telescopic fork and twin shock absorbers. It rolls on 10-inch alloy wheels and braking duties are handled by a disc at the front and drum at the rear

The vegas has a seat height of 760mm and a ground clearance of 180mm. The kerb weight is 88kg. In terms of features, the scooter gets a TFT console.

It comes at a price of Rs 55,555 (ex-showroom) and is offered in 3 colours: Orange, Red, and Grey. GT Force is offering a 5 year/50,000km battery warranty.

GT Ryd Plus

The GT Ryd Plus is a low-speed scooter, similar to the GT Vegas but makes use of a larger 2.2kWh lithium-ion battery pack. The larger battery gives it a claimed range of 95km. It features a similar motor as the Vegas, with a claimed top speed of 25km. 

It features a similar suspension setup as the Vegas comprising a telescopic fork and twin shock absorbers, but rolls on larger 12-inch alloys. The braking setup is also similar, with a disc at the front and a drum brake at the rear. The scooter also gets a colour TFT display.

The seat height of the Ryd Plus is 680mm and the ground clearance is 180mm. The e-scooter has a kerb weight of 90kg. 

The GT Ryd Plus is priced at Rs 65,555 (ex-showroom) and comes with a 5 year/50,000km battery warranty. The e-scooter is offered in 3 colours: Blue, Silver, and Grey.

GT One Plus Pro

The GT One Plus Pro is a high-speed scooter and has a claimed top speed of 70kmph. This e-scooter is powered by a 2.5kWh lithium-ion battery mated to a brushless DC electric motor. The scooter has a claimed range of 110km. It is suspended on a telescopic fork and twin shock absorbers. It has a seat height of 800mm and a ground clearance of 210mm. The kerb weight is 80kg.

In terms of features, the One Plus Pro has a colour TFT display and 3 riding modes. The riding modes modulate the scooter’s performance, with the Mode 1 limiting the top speed to 45kmph and Mode 2 limiting the top speed to 55kmph. Mode 3 allows riders to access full performance and the scooter’s claimed top speed of 70kmph.

The One Plus Pro comes at an ex-showroom price of Rs 76,555 and is offered in 3 colours: Black, Blue, Grey. GT Force is offering a warranty of 5 years/60,000km on this e-scooter.

GT Drive Pro

The GT Drive Pro is the second high speed scooter from the brand and features a 2.5kWh lithium-ion battery mated to a BLDC motor. The scooter has a claimed range of 110km and a claimed top speed of 70kmph. 

The e-scooter features a suspension setup that comprises a telescopic fork and twin rear shock absorbers. Braking duties are handled by a disc at the front and a drum at the rear. It has a seat height of 800mm, a ground clearance of 200mm and a kerb weight of 85kg.

Features wise, the Drive Pro gets a TFT console and has 3 riding modes, similar to the GT One Plus Pro.

This e-scooter has been priced at Rs 84,555 (ex-showroom) and comes in 4 colours: Blue, White, Red, and Brown. Additionally, GT Force is offering a 5 year/60,000km battery warranty.

The GT Drive Pro and GT One Plus Pro compete with other electric scooters in the market such as the Ola S1 X 3kWh, Ampere Magnus EX, Okinawa PraisePro and the Kinetic Green Zing.
