Along with the Pulsar 180 and 220, the Pune based auto maker, Bajaj Auto Limited has also introduced three new dual tone colour schemes on the Pulsar 150. The new colour options available with the bike are- Pearl Metallic White, Sapphire Blue and Cocktail Wine Red.

All the three paint schemes are excellent and giving a sportier look to the bike. Apart from this minor cosmetic change, all the technical and geometrical details of the bike remains unchanged.

Bajaj Pulsar 150 comes with a 149cc, air-cooled engine mated with a 5-speed gearbox. Using Digital Twin Spark Ignition (DTS-i) technology, it delivers 15bhp of maximum power along with a peak torque of 12.5Nm.

Bajaj is also planning to launch a new avatar of the bike as Pulsar NS150, which will get superior technology under a new outfit. The bike will look similar to the existing Pulsar 200NS and will get some of its technologies like 4-valve and triple spark to deliver a better performance. The bike has been spotted testing in India many times and expected to be launched soon.

A True All-Rounder in the 150cc Segment

I chose this bike because it feels smooth and stable on highways while still offering good control in the city, even though the suspension feels slightly stiff on rough roads. It gives good mileage, looks stylish and is comfortable enough for family rides, making it a practical and reliable choice. The ride so far has been very satisfying. It feels comfortable for daily use, gives good mileage and has strong pickup. Handling is stable and confident, especially on highways where it feels smooth and controlled even at higher speeds. Yes, I would recommend this bike. I bought it mainly for daily office travel and occasional weekend rides. It gives me decent mileage and the pickup is good enough for city traffic. On highways it feels stable and confident. The suspension is slightly stiff on rough roads but overall comfort is fine. If someone wants a practical, stylish and reliable bike in this budget, this is a good choice.Read More

bike is powerful

Common disadvantages of the Bajaj Pulsar 150 include vibrations, a lack of a sixth gear, weak suspension, older design, potential for poor quality parts/service, and less stability in sudden braking at high speeds, while some users note issues with back pain due to seating and headlight design not meeting modern expectations, though it offers good city performance and mileage for its price.Read More
