Bajaj Auto has finally launched the Chetak electric scooter in India at a starting price of Rs 1 lakh (ex-showroom Pune and Bengaluru) for the base Urbane variant. The scooter is currently available only in Pune and Bengaluru and more cities will be added to the list in a phased manner. One can buy the scooter online via the official website or one can also walk into a dealership the old fashioned way. As you can see, the Chetak is sold via KTM dealerships (except for the Chetak Experience center in Pune). Currently, it is offered in 13 dealerships in Bengaluru and five in Pune.
