Indus Industries launched its lightweight and stylish electric scooter christened as “Indus YO EXL”, which helps the people to not to worry about increment in fuel price. The manufacturer introduced this scooter to serve the common masses who are on the look out for a reliable and easy to ride electric two-wheeler. The scooter equipped with a 1,000 Watt electric motor which comes to operation by a VRLA type deep discharge battery. This battery takes around 6-8 hours to get fully charged, after getting charged, the battery can push the electric scooter to achieve a top speed of 55 kmph. Besides this, the battery offers a very decent range of 60km per full charge of battery which is good enough for regular use. Company claims that the battery consumes 3.2 units of electricity per full charge for the 40Ah capacity battery.
The electric scooter has comes with an overall body dimensions of 1880 mm length, 830 mm width and 1240 mm height, which makes it a noticeable vehicle on roads. The front profile of the scooter furnished with a trapezoidal headlamp and turning blinkers mounted at the front apron. To offer a hassle-free and convenient ride, the company has blessed the scooter with telescopic fork set-up at the front and spring loaded shock absorbers at the rear end.
