Hero Electric Eddy Price:
The Hero Electric Eddy is priced at Rs 72,000 (ex-showroom Delhi). The price is introductory and is valid only for a limited stock. The e-scooter is available in two colours: yellow, and light blue.
Hero Electric Eddy Features:
The Eddy comes loaded with an LED headlight and tail light, digital instrument cluster with bluetooth connectivity that enables features including ‘Find My Bike’, ELock, and Follow Me. It also comes with a USB charging port, cushioned backrest, reverse mode and a cruise control system, which we feel is an overkill for a low-speed electric scooter.
Hero Electric Eddy Motor:
Hero Electric has equipped the Eddy with a 250W BLDC hub motor connected to a 30Ah battery pack that takes 4-5 hours to charge completely. The claimed top speed is 25kmph whereas the claimed range stands at 85km.
Hero Electric Eddy Suspension And Brakes:
The Eddy employs a telescopic fork up front, twin rear shock absorbers, and rolls on 12-inch alloy wheels wrapped with 90-section tyres. Braking is via drum at both ends.
