Avon E Mate Highlights

October 6, 2015: Well Known Indian bicycle manufacturer “Avon” launched its wide range of electric scooter few years back. The range comprises of seven electric scooters which are operated by an electric battery mated to a motor. Avon E-Mate gets its power from a Hub mounted BLDC 250W motor which moves on a 48V 20AH, Lead Acid, Sealed Maintenance Free (SMF), Rechargeable battery. The battery of the scooter is charged by a 220 AC/48 V DC charger which takes around 6 to 8 hours to charge it completely. It can reach up to a 24 kmph with a maximum range of 65 km.
