Design
The Ola S1 X has a stylish design language with a compact structure, crisp lines, and a variety of vibrant colour options. While maintaining decent build quality, it adopts a more minimalist approach when compared to the S1 Air and S1 Pro e-scooters.
Features
The Ola S1 X stands out for its extensive list of features. Equipped with a 5-inch LCD instrument console in the S1 X+ and a 3.5-inch LCD instrument console in the S1 X(3kWh) and S1 X(2kWh), it provides real-time ride data, turn-by-turn navigation with smartphone connectivity. . The S1 X+ gets exclusive features such as OTA updates, remote boot unlock, Bluetooth connectivity, navigation and cruise control.

Ola S1 X Gen 2 Latest Updates
Ola Electric is set to launch the S1 Gen 3 electric scooter range on January 31, 2025. It will feature a new battery pack, an updated motor and some important structural changes.
The Ola S1 X range of electric scooters is the most affordable one from the EV maker. In particular, the Ola S1 X is the cheapest Ola scooter in India. Apart from the handlebar cowl, all the other body panel designs are similar to the rest of the Ola electric scooters.
Ola S1 X Price
The Ola S1 X has 4 variants: 2kWh, 3kWh, 4kWh, and S1 X+. The OLA S1 X 2kWh is priced at Rs 69,999, while the 3kWh model is available for Rs 83,499. The S1 X+ is priced at Rs 94,999, while the top-spec OLA S1 X 4kWh model is available for Rs 91,999 (all prices ex-showroom Bengaluru, including subsidy outlined under Electric Mobility Promotional Scheme 2024).
To further customise the experience, the electric scooter has seven colour choices across all trim levels: Red Velocity, Midnight, Stellar, Funk, Porcelain White, Vogue, and Liquid Silver.
Ola S1 X Features
Each Ola S1 X 2kWh, 3kWh, and 4kWh model features a 4. 3-inch LCD screen, whereas the S1 X+ gets a slightly larger 5-inch LCD panel. In addition, the scooter gets all-LED lights, a side stand indicator, a helpful reverse feature, and an ample space of 34-litre underseat storage.
Furthermore, riding modes such as Eco, Normal, and Sports, Over The Air (OTA) updates, cruise control, vacation mode (used to maintain battery health in case the scooter is parked for a very long time), and predictive maintenance is all standard with the OLA S1 X. However, features like integrated Bluetooth functionality, navigation, GPS connectivity, and remote boot unlock are exclusively offered only with the S1 X+ edition.
Ola S1 X Motor and Battery
The Ola S1 X e-scooter uses a 2. 7kW motor that produces a peak power output of 6kW. However, based on the variant, buyers can choose from three battery options: 2 kWh, 3 kWh and 4 kWh. The entry-level 2 kWh claims a max speed of 85kmph, accelerating from 0 to 40kmph in 4. 1 seconds and hitting 60kmph in 8. 1 seconds. The certified range of this model is 95km.
The faster OLA S1 X 3 kWh, 4 kWh, and S1 X+ can attain a top speed of 90kmph, going from 0 to 40kmph in 3. 3 seconds and 60 kmph in 5. 5 seconds. As far as range is concerned, the 2kWh, 3kWh and 4kWh variants cover 193km in Indian Driving Conditions (IDC), whereas the S1 X+ has a certified range of 151km.
The Ola S1 X+ and S1 X 3kW variants take 7. 4 hours to charge completely whereas the S1 X 4kWh takes 6. 5 hours. On the other hand, the S1 X 2kWh variant takes 5 hours to charge due to its smaller battery size.
Ola S1 X Suspension and Brakes
The Ola S1 X series gets a telescopic fork and dual rear shock absorbers. For braking, the OLA S1 X gets drum brakes at both ends. It rides on 90-section tyres with 12-inch wheels at both ends.
The Ola S1 X has an accessible seat height of 805mm. The e-scooter weighs either 101kg (for the S1 X 2kWh) or slightly heftier at 108kg for the S1 X 3kWh and S1 X+. The S1 X 4kWh variant weighs 112kg, all kerb.
