Zelio Ebikes Launches New Eeva Series Of Scooters

Zelio Ebikes has expanded its portfolio with the launch of 3 new slow-speed electric scooters, the prices for which range from Rs 56,051 and go up to Rs 90,500 (ex-showroom). The Eeva series includes three models; Eva, Eeva Eco, and Eeva ZX+. 

The Eeva model features a BLDC motor which operates at 60V/72V. The scooter has a gross weight of 80kg and a loading capacity of 180kg. The Eeva is equipped with drum brakes at both ends and gets hydraulic shock absorbers. The Eeva also gets features such as an anti-theft alarm, reverse gear, parking switch, auto repair switch, USB charger, and a digital display. Colour choices include grey, white, black and blue. 

Customers have the choice to choose from 5 battery options on the Eeva.  A 60V/32AH Lead Acid battery which costs Rs 56,051 and gets a range of 55-60km with a charging time of 7-8 hours. A 72V/32AH Lead Acid which costs Rs 58,551, with a range of 70km and a charging time of 7-9 hours. The 60V/38AH Lead Acid is priced at Rs 61,851, gets a range of 70-75km and a charging time of 8-9 hours. For those who want some extra range, there’s a 72V/38AH Lead Acid which costs Rs 65,551, with a range of 100km and a charging time of 9-10 hours, and finally, a 60V/30AH Li-Ion costing Rs 79,051, with a range of 80km and a charging time of only 4 hours.

The Eeva eco shares its features with the Eeva, has a gross weight of 80kg and a loading capacity of 180kg. Braking consists of a drum brake at the rear and disc brake at the front. The front rim is an alloy. The Eeva Eco uses a 48 or 60V BLDC motor along with hydraulic shock absorbers . Additional features include a digital display and central locking for additional security. 

Colours include blue, grey, white, black and red. 

The Eeva Eco is available in three battery options. A 48V or 32AH Lead Acid which costs Rs 52,000, with a range of 50-60km and a charging time of 6-7 hours. Second option is the 60V/32 AH Lead Acid battery with a price tag of Rs 54,000, with a range of 70km and a charging time of 7-8 hours. And for those who want a longer range but a quicker charging time, there’s a 60V/30AH Li-Ion battery which costs Rs 68,000, with a decent range of 100km and a charging time of just 4 hours.

The Eeva ZX+ is for customers who seek a premium experience. It comes equipped with a 60V or 72V BLDC motor. It has a gross weight of 90kg and a loading capacity of 180kg. The ZX+ gets a disc brake at the front and a drum brake at the rear. It gets all the features of the Eeva and the Eeva Eco, additional features includes an anti-theft alarm, reverse gear, parking switch, auto repair switch, USB charger, and a digital display. The ZX+ is available in Blue, Grey, White, and Black. 

The ZX+ is available in five battery options. A 60V/32AH Lead Acid battery which costs Rs  67,500, with a range of 55-60km and charges in 7-8 hours. A 72V/32AH Lead Acid battery which is priced at Rs 70,000, gets a range of 70km and a charging time of 7-9 hours. A 60V/38AH Lead Acid battery for Rs 73,300, with a range of 70-75km and a charging time of 8-9 hours. For those who prefer a longer range, 72V/38AH Lead Acid battery for Rs 77,000, with a range of 100 km and a charging time of 9-10 hours. Last but not the least, a 60V/30AH Li-Ion which costs Rs 90,500, with a range of 80km and a quick charging time of 4 hours.
