MV Agusta is the most sought after Italian motorcycle brand. It is on top of super bike clan since the time it introduced its first super bike F4 750 in the year 1998. 8 years after the release of F4 750, it launched 1000cc F4 in the year 2006. This bike captured the litre-class and since its release, it is amongst the leading motorcycles. Now MV Agusta has released its new faster and updated MV Agusta F4 RR with new 1000cc short-stroke power plant. It will help in raising the bar to never before height in the world of super bikes.

F4 bikes are considered as most exotic motorcycles throughout the world since their origin. The  latest F4 RR has inline-four cylinder engine that churns out 201 horses at stratospheric 13,400rpm, hence makes it most powerful motorbike of the world. The increased engine output of this bike is matched with equally competent chassis design as well as progressive use of materials and parts to maintain its cost. The engine of this bike has been sent for further improvement to get more performance out of it without compromising for quality. Its engine has lightweight forged pistols that are made up of lightweight alloy, which is called as ‘aerospace RR alloy’. The cylinder head is new with 4-2-1-4 exhaust configuration with four pipes peeping under the seat.

It is first time that MV Agusta is using valves of titanium in mass production. It allowed the engineers to increase the diameter of inlet as well as exhaust tracks. It has close ratio gearbox, which transfers 201 horses from short-stroke motor. Suspension duties are managed by Ohlins multi-adjustable 43mm telescopic upside-down forks at front along with Ohlins steering damper and on the rear Ohlins TTX 36mm mono-shock suspension is used.

Italy’s Brembo is used in the radial-mounted disk brakes and monobloc calipers and the rims of wheels are made up of lightweight forged aluminum. The price comparison of Agusta F4 RR with Kawasaki Ninjs 650R and Honda CBR 250R is as follows:

Expected Agusta F4 RR price in India: Rs.1125000

Expected Kawasaki Ninja 650R Price in India: Rs.5,50,000

Expected Honda CBR 250R Price in India: Rs.1,64,000.
