Hyosung, the Korean bike maker is doing well in India and its cruiser bikes are grabbing attention. The Hyosung ST7 was the first cruiser in India and then they launched the 650cc Aquila Pro, which is doing good in terms of sales. Now DSK-Hyosung is planning to launch the GV250 in India, which is basically a younger sibling of the Aquila Pro 650. In India, the 250cc bike segment is a growing one and an affordable 250cc cruiser can do wonders.

Hyosung GV250

Hyosung GV250 gets its power from an air/oil-cooled four stroke fuel injected v-twin block, which belts out a maximum power output of 28.5bhp of power and 22Nm of torque. The DOHC 8-valve is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox, the 75° engine features roller bearing cam shafts, 2 piece spring dampened bevel primary drive gears, and dual squelch combustion chamber. The GV250 is similar to its elder sibling when it comes to styling, It has a single round headlamp, wide-grip cruiser handlebars and matching spherical rear-view mirrors with chrome touch. A wide fuel tank adds appeal to its sporty character, while a naked chain as is typical of cruisers. Other design elements include low split seats, six spoke alloy wheels and an extended rear. The telescopic front suspension and dual shock absorbers at the rear are also chrome plated like most of the engine parts. The prices haven't been announced yet but we are expecting it to be affordable.
