While Ultraviolette’s Tesseract continues to test patience, the Shockwave takes a more straightforward route. For anyone who has pre-booked the electric motorcycle, there is good news! Deliveries are set to begin this July, giving buyers something tangible to look forward to without the long wait cycles.
The Ultraviolette Shockwave was officially launched in March 2025, with initial expectations pointing towards deliveries beginning in the first quarter of 2026. However, the timeline has now shifted, with customer deliveries scheduled to commence in July this year, pushing the wait a little further but keeping the launch momentum alive.
What Sets It Apart?
What really sets the Shockwave apart is the segment it is quietly trying to redefine. This isn’t another urban EV or a soft-roader pretending to be adventure-ready. Instead, Ultraviolette is clearly aiming it at riders who would otherwise default to bikes like the Hero XPulse 210 or Kawasaki KLX230 when they want something light, simple, and genuinely capable off the road, only now in an all-electric form.

It was easy and good so far I am satisfied sometimes I am just worried if something gets wrong while i am riding in between cities what will happen as ultraviolet service centers are not every where and no one touches electric bikes and will ultraviolet provide on road assistance. Superb bike with a great value brings top speed of 120km/h with it. Worth to buy. It is a good choice in mountain bikes but the thing is charging in remote areas.
