About Ola S1 X
The Ola S1 X is an electric scooter, available in 4 variants, at a starting price of Rs 74,999. The S1 X produces a peak power of 6 kW. The battery capacity of the Ola S1 X 4kWh is 4 Kwh. Deliveries of the Ola S1 X range have begun in multiple cities. Along with this, Ola has also announced an extended battery warranty offer for all variants in the S1 X lineup.
The Ola S1 X is Ola Electric’s most affordable range of electric scooters. It’s a sleek and minimalistic appeal but has Ola’s typical curvy design language too. Ola S1 X Price
The Ola S1 X is available in four variants: S1 X 2kWh, S1 X 3kWh, S1 X 4kWh and the S1 X+. Ola Electric has priced the S1 X 2kWh at Rs 69,999, the S1 X 3kWh costs Rs 84,999 and the S1 X 4kWh is available at Rs 99,999. Whereas, the Ola S1 X+ has a price tag of 89,999 (all prices ex-showroom Bengaluru, including EMPS or Electric Mobility Promotional Scheme 2024).
Ola S1 X Features
The Ola S1 X 2kWh, 3kWh and 4kWh get a 4.3-inch LCD instrument console each while the S1 X+ features a 5-inch LCD instrument cluster. The Ola S1 X range gets an all-LED lighting setup, a side stand alert, a reverse mode and a 34-litre underseat storage. All four variants have three riding modes: Eco, Normal and Sports. Whereas features like OTA updates, remote boot unlock, Bluetooth connectivity, navigation, and cruise control are exclusive to the S1 X+.
Ola S1 X Motor
All four variants of the Ola S1 X are powered by a 2.7kW motor with a peak power output of 6kW. As for the battery packs, there are three of them on offer: 2kWh, 3kWh and 4kWh.
The Ola S1 X 2kWh has a claimed top speed of 85kmph and it accelerates from 0 to 40kmph in 4.1 seconds (claimed) and its 0 to 60kmph claimed acceleration time is 8.1 seconds. The 2kWh variant has an ARAI-certified range of 95km. The S1 X 3kWh, 4kWh and S1 X+ get a top speed of 90kmph and their claimed acceleration from 0-40kmph is 3.3 seconds and 0-60kmph is 5.5 seconds. The ARAI-certified range of the 3kWh variant is 143km, the 4kWh variant has a 190km range and the S1 X+ delivers a range of 151km.
Ola S1 X Suspension, Brakes and Other Details
The Ola S1 X range gets a telescopic fork and dual shock absorbers. All four variants are equipped with drum brakes on both ends. They have 90-section tyres with 12-inch wheels at both ends. With a seat height of 805mm, it has a 1359mm wheelbase and 160mm ground clearance. The kerb weight of the S1 X 2kWh variant is 101kg while the S1 X 3kWh, 4kWh and S1 X+ are 7kg heavier at 108kg.
