The Triumph Speed Twin 900 has a classic design with a round headlight and teardrop shaped fuel tank. The bike’s fuel tank has a unique graphic scheme which gives the bike a retro character. The bike’s single-piece seat goes with its design well and doesn't look out of place. We personally like the ‘Pure White / Maui Blue / Tangerine Orange’ colour scheme more as it really brings out the bikes retro character with the triple-tone livery.
Triumph Speed Twin 900 Engine & Performance
The Triumph Speed Twin 900 is powered by a 900cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine which produces 65PS at 7,700rpm and 80Nm at 3,800rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox, with a slip-and-assist clutch.

The Triumph Speed Twin 900 has a TFT instrument console with smartphone connectivity. It gets a lot of riding aids with riding modes: Road and Rain, self-cancelling indicators, cornering ABS, traction control, LED headlamp with DRLs and an ambient temperature display too.

The Triumph Speed Twin 900 is built on a dual-cradle frame and gets a 43mm Marzocchi inverted fork and preload-adjustable Marzocchi twin shock absorbers. The bike rolls on an 18-inch front and a 17-inch rear 8-spoke alloy wheels wrapped in a 100-section front and a 150-section rear tubeless tyres. Braking setup consists of a 320mm front and 255mm rear disc brakes, with dual channel ABS. The bike has a kerb weight of 216kg. The fuel tank capacity comes to 12-litres. The bike has a seat height of 780mm.

The Triumph Speed Twin 900 goes up against other retro roadsters like the Brixton Cromwell 1200 and the more modern-looking Kawasaki Z900. You can buy the Kawasaki for a similar price tag but the Cromwell is the cheaper alternative to these bikes.
