The Access 125 is Suzuki's best selling scooter. It sells well on account of being a reliable runabout and powerful and fuel-efficient 125cc motor. It gets a traditional design and is priced lower than most 125cc scooters. However, this low price means the Access 125 misses out on features especially when compared to other 125cc scooters.
The scooter gets a 124cc mill that delivers 8.7PS at 7,000rpm and 10.2Nm at 5000rpm. It gets a CVT transmission. The scooter gets telescopic forks and monoshock suspension setup. It gets 12-inch front and 10-inch rear wheels fitted with tubeless tyres. Braking is via drum brakes at both ends with an optional front disc brake.
Competition comes in the form of the Honda Activa 125, TVS Jupiter, TVS NTorq 125, Hero Maestro Edge 125 and the Hero Destini 125

- Bought Suzuki access from Scholarship MoneyI bought the Suzuki Access 125 from my government scholarship savings, and this is the first big thing I purchased on my own. I wanted a scooter that was stylish, comfortable, and reliable for daily college use. I compared Activa and Jupiter too, but Access 125 felt more modern and classy, especially with its design and performance. The buying journey was very special for me since I was paying with my own scholarship money, and that made it even more valuable. My experience has been really good. It feels very comfortable to ride, with a wide seat and smooth handling in traffic. I get around 50–52 kmpl mileage, which is decent. The only drawback is that the suspension feels a bit stiff on rough roads, but otherwise it’s excellent. Even my father rides it sometimes, and he also likes it. Yes, I definitely recommend it, especially for girls and daily office or college commuters. It is stylish, reliable, and low on maintenance. If someone is looking for a heavy sporty scooter, then this may not be the right one, but for practical and classy use, the Access 125 is a great choice.Read More2
- Perfect combo of next level featuresI wanted a stylish yet practical scooter for college and a part-time job commute. My father suggested Activa, but I liked Access 125 because of its larger seat, refined pickup, and premium design. Reading online reviews and asking friends who owned it helped me finalise. Access feels light and easy to maneuver. Mileage is 50 kmpl in the city. On longer routes, it is stable and comfortable for both me and the pillion. After-sales service is smooth; I have never had issues in getting parts or service. If you trust reviews, then this review is for you. Buy it today, it’s ideal for students, working women, and family use. It gives confidence with its stability and comfort. Avoid only if you prefer a sporty design, such as the Ntorq.Read More
