Mahindra Flyte is a stylish and good looking 125cc mid-range scooter that took its birth under the name of Mahindra two-wheelers. With features like an external front fuel fill and an anti-theft 4-in-1 key, it presents itself as a trustworthy and reliable offering in the Indian 125cc scooter market. However, the vehicle did not received that expected attention from the buyers and its sales gradually declined with the passage of time.

Mahindra Flyte gets its power from a 124.6cc, four-stroke engine that comes linked to an automatic gearbox. The mill churns out a maximum power of 8.04bhp at 7,000rpm with a peak torque of 9Nm at 5,500rpm. With a bore x stroke ratio of 52.4mm x 57.8mm, the scooter reaches a maximum top speed of 80kmph and returns a decent fuel efficiency.

The vehicle has been assisted with telescopic shock absorbers at the front that handles even the roughest of roads with ease. It moves on 3.50" - 10" tyres that have a good adhesion property, thereby offers a good on-road grip. The scooter slows down with the help of reliable 130mm drum brakes installed at the front and rear.
