Kawasaki Ninja 650R is equipped with a 649cc displacement, 4-stroke, liquid-cool, DDHC, 8-valve, parallel twin engine. The compact size powerplant of Kawasaki Ninja 650R is capable enough to churn out a maximum power of 72 PS at 8,500 rpm and generates a top torque of 66 Nm at 7,000 rpm. It uses a 6 speed manual gearbox. Each and every components of the elder Ninja is bigger and advance than Kawasaki Ninja 300.
Kawasaki Ninja 300 was launched in Indian market by Bajaj Auto. This is the single bike which is introduced under the solo name of Kawasaki. Earlier, Kawasaki bikes were available under the brand name of Kawasaki-Bajaj in India.
