They dont care about the customers but mainly focussed on selling. They are missing on the most important part, which is servicing and the product itself. Vida scooter is good to ride but some sefty fichturs is not good "One issue with the Vida is that its battery is removable, so if parked in a public area, there's a risk it could be stolen easily."
