Hero has expanded the Vida VX2 lineup with the launch of the Vida VX2 Go FB (Fixed Battery). Priced at Rs 1,13,000 (ex-showroom), it gets a fixed battery pack with a claimed IDC (Indian Driving Conditions) range of 128 km. It will be available at dealerships from early August 2026. What’s Changed?
The scooter gets a new 3.1 kWh fixed battery pack instead of the removable battery packs offered on the other VX2 variants. Since it’s a fixed battery, it can only be charged using either the 580 W standard charger or the DC fast charger.What you miss out on is charging batteries at home, like with the other variants.

What's Unchanged?
Apart from the fixed battery pack, the Vida VX2 Go FB remains mechanically identical to the other VX2 variants. It is powered by the same swingarm-mounted, 6 kW electric motor producing 26 Nm, and offers a claimed top speed of 70 kmph.
In terms of features, you don’t miss out on anything. It continues to get a 4.3-inch LCD instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity for turn-by-turn navigation, along with call and SMS alerts. The scooter offers two riding modes: Eco and Street, with Eco limiting the top speed to 45kmph, while Street unlocks the scooter's full performance.
The VX2 Go FB continues to ride on 12-inch wheels at both ends, and gets a telescopic fork along with a monoshock. It also gets the same 27.2-litre underseat storage compartment.

The new Vida VX2 Go FB is a good choice for buyers who want more range than the base variant but don’t want to spend as much as the Go 3.4kWh variant costs. With fixed batteries, it’s suitable for those who don’t prefer to remove batteries each time to charge. For those with a wall socket in their parking, this would make more sense since they would hardly remove their batteries.
For those who prefer more range, or don’t mind taking out the battery for charging, the other options would be suitable.
