Vehicle is having lot of issues, no customer care response my vehicle has broke down past 2 months, given more money to Porter, dont buy this scooter

Third class brand using this from last 2years.. company making fool of us everytime. Plastic is poor.. body of the Scooty is made with poor plastic. Even when you go for service they always try to make money..

The performance of the Benling Aura can be described as adequate for city commuting, but it might not be the best choice for longer distances or high-speed requirements. It has a moderate top speed and acceleration, making it suitable for casual rides around town or short commutes. However, it struggles with steep inclines and might lose power when the battery is running low.

The performance is disappointing, coupled with subpar build quality. After just 1.5 years, I experienced issues with brake and speed modes, compounded by a deteriorating fiber body.

It looks good with a good average. The charging time of the scooter is 4 hours, and highway running is comfortable. But for off-roading suspension performance is poor.

Facing issues with the charger, and spare parts availability. Bad service and poor plastic quality.

Excellent electric vehicle, mileage is good, and charging time are excellent to compare all Electric vehicles.
