After receiving a lot of admiration in the bicycle segment, Avon Cycles has put its feet into the electric two-wheeler market in India with the wide range of the machine. One of such is Avon E-bike, it is an environment-friendly, easy to ride and pocket-friendly. The e-bike gets its power from a BLDC 220 W electric motor that is linked to a 36V, 10Ah maintenance free battery.

The design of the e-bike is look alike a regular bicycle. The front profile of the vehicle is equipped with a modish headlamp and the twin rear view mirrors fitted at the handlebars that make it look appealing. To ease out the daily commuting task, the manufacturer offers it with a front basket and a rear storage compartment. An easy center stand finds its position at the rear wheels to effortlessly park the vehicle. The total kerb weight of the machine is just 46kgs that make it easy to ride for teenagers and above. It can be the ride in three different modes that are manual, motor and pedal assisted.

The design of the Avon E-Bike is inspired from a bicycle. At the front, it has stylish headlamp along with twin rear view mirrors that are mounted over handlebars gives it a premium appearance. Both, the front and the rear fender has a semicircular shape and resembles majorly with the traditional bicycle. Furthermore, it has been also provided with some additional features like a basket just below the handlebar and a storage compartment at the rear end that makes the daily commuting easy for the rider. 

It has a smooth single seat that prove itself worthy as it provides optimum comfort to the rider while on the go. Talking about the rear, it has a disc-shaped tail lamp that look pretty and ensures safety at the night. The total kerb weight of Avon E-Bike is 46kgs and the maximum rated load it can bear is 70kgs that make it a durable and reliable daily use utility machine.

Avon E-Bike has an extremely bright front headlight that offers a good visibility at the night even in dark areas. The machine comes with a set of reliable drum brakes at the both ends that work very well and provide a good stopping power. These couple of features make it a reliable and trustworthy player in the Indian electric two-wheeler market.

Avon E-Bike is powered by a 220W BLDC electric motor that comes to action with the help of 36V, 10Ah rechargeable maintenance-free battery. The can be charged via 220 Volt AC or 36 Volt DC electric supply and it took around 4-8 hours to fully charged. With the fully charged battery, the vehicle manages to hit a maximum speed of 23kmph. The maker of the e-bike offers it in 3 distinct modes of riding i.e. Manual, Motor and Pedal assisted, so that the vehicle can adapt itself according to the requirement of the rider.

Avon E-Bike runs on 1.75 - 22-inch tyres at both, the front and the rear end. It slows down with the help of durable and reliable drum brakes that are fitted at the both ends. Furthermore, it is also equipped with spring assisted shock absorbers at the front end that provides a smooth, convenient and comfortable ride.
