It’s been a busy week, with multiple two wheelers to look forward to, or even to look at!

The second-last week of March was just as busy as the one before it, though this time around there were less launches, but more scoops.

Here’s all that transpired:

Hero Karizma set to make a comeback


The Hero Karizma was one of the most popular sporty yet affordable motorcycles at the time. If you miss the loveable machine, here's some good news: the Karizma is all set for resurrection, with a revamped engine and all-new goodies!

Yamaha showcases delectable machinery 


At this week’s Osaka Motor Show, Yamaha exhibited a special-edition MT-125 with a range of accessories for a sleek look. The XSR125, too, got a few classic touches. Moreover,, the XSR900 got a ‘proper’ 80s cafe racer makeover too, though this time it was Y’s Gear, Yamaha Japan’s accessory division, that made it possible.  

And finally, the Japanese bikemaker gave the R25 an update for the Malaysian markets.

Honda has both electric and some more ‘smart’ dreams


A leaked patent schematic from Honda showed that the upcoming electric Activa will have an innovative placement for the motor. Moreover, the Activa 125 will also get a new H-Smart variant, like its smaller sibling. Here’s what we might see

TVS and BMW to both spawn electric offerings


Taking the electric motif forward are TVS and BMW Motorrad, though not collaboratively. So while we were able to obtain leaked patent images of a TVS electric scooter powertrain , the one from BMW was a bit flashier, with this electric offering set to be a motorcycle, possibly based on the G 310 R
