Triumph Motorcycles Ltd is the largest British motorcycle manufacturer and it is headquartered at Hinckley, Leicestershire, England. Its lineage of motorcycle production dates back to 1902.
Triumph has entered into a partnership with Bajaj Auto to produce smaller capacity bikes. These bikes are sold in India and also exported around the world. The first bike as a result of the partnership was the Speed 400, followed by the Scrambler 400 X, Speed T4, Scrambler 400 XC and then the Thruxton 400. Triumph’s lineup in India consists of 30 bikes. In India, their bikes are manufactured at Bajaj Auto’s Chakan plant, located near Pune, Maharashtra.

Triumph is expected to further expand its 300-400cc portfolio of bikes in 2026 with the Speed 350, Scrambler T4 and the Bonneville 400. The Triumph TE-1, the brand’s first electric bike, is in the prototype phase and the production version is expected to arrive in the next couple of years.
