Suspension is decent, and overall it is comfortable for daily short rides and medium rides. I am using the bike for daily comuting and it performs well. Battery backup is decent and charging time is reasonable. The scooter feels solid and safe. Good choice if you want to shift to an EV bike from normal bike.
