Pathetic and Ridiculous Hero

I purchased this bike in 2015 october and within a month of i purchased the bike engine ceased in highway. I wanted engine replacement however hero only did engine service. From there, till now, the engine stops working on slow speeds like while crossing speeds breakers , taking u turn etc. Hero kept on saying that the engine is silky smooth. Now even after three years im suffering with the bike. I filed a complaint in Chennai consumer forum through a lawyer. As hero purchased my lawyer, my complaint became exparty.Dont think to purchased any bike from hero as they not even agree if it is any manufacturing defect.
