1st June, 2015: Mahindra two-wheelers offers its wide range of durable and reliable products in the giant Indian market that promises a superior performance along with a decent fuel economy. Mahindra Flyte is one such example that is basically a 125cc scooter with trendy and stylish looks. It comes with some interesting features like an external front fuel fill, telescopic shock absorbers and a 4-in-1 anti theft key that make it even more desirable. Mahindra Flyte is available across the dealerships in the following four attractive colours and wrapped in breathtaking graphics: Pearl White, Red Oomph, Lavender Groove and Black Mystique. It competes strongly against Honda Activa 125 and Suzuki Swish 125.

    Mahindra Flyte is a stylish and good looking 125cc mid-range scooter that took its birth under the name of Mahindra two-wheelers. With features like an external front fuel fill and an anti-theft 4-in-1 key, it presents itself as a trustworthy and reliable offering in the Indian 125cc scooter market. However, the vehicle did not received that expected attention from the buyers and its sales gradually declined with the passage of time.

    Mahindra Flyte gets its power from a 124.6cc, four-stroke engine that comes linked to an automatic gearbox. The mill churns out a maximum power of 8.04bhp at 7,000rpm with a peak torque of 9Nm at 5,500rpm. With a bore x stroke ratio of 52.4mm x 57.8mm, the scooter reaches a maximum top speed of 80kmph and returns a decent fuel efficiency.

    The vehicle has been assisted with telescopic shock absorbers at the front that handles even the roughest of roads with ease. It moves on 3.50" - 10" tyres that have a good adhesion property, thereby offers a good on-road grip. The scooter slows down with the help of reliable 130mm drum brakes installed at the front and rear.

    The front profile of the scooter has a robust headlamp unit that matches well with the oval-shaped clear lens blinkers present on the apron. The body coloured rear view mirrors look fascinating and alerts the rider of any incoming traffic. Moving towards the rear, it has a wide and long well-cushioned seat that offers a top notch comfort. Mahindra Flyte comes with the largest underseat storage in its class that make it a handy 125cc machine. The body coloured rear grab rail looks ravishing and make it more appealing. The end portion has a stylish tail lamp with clear lens blinkers.

    Mahindra Flyte has body dimensions of 1,790mm x 650mm x 1,100mm (LxWxH) with a wheelbase and minimum ground clearance of 1,245mm and 130mm respectively. A 4.15 liter capacity fuel tank gives a good range for uninterrupted daily commutes. Besides this, the vehicle comes with several interesting features like an external front fuel fill. Moreover, a 4-in-1 key also comes in stock that proves handy by unlocking all the elements through a single key hole. The powerful battery ensures a brighter beam of light even under low rpm conditions.

    Mahindra Flyte is a mid weight scooter that comes with an impressive body design. The front section is commanded by a stylish headlamp section. The apron has clear lens turning blinkers neatly embedded into it. The scooter has a long and comfortable seat that comes well-padded to provide comfort to the rider and pillion. At the rear, a body coloured grab rail looks appealing and enhances the overall feel. The tail end section comprises of a well-designed trapezoidal tail lamp integrated with clear lens turn indicators.

    Mahindra Flyte receives the following body dimensions: 1,790mm x 650mm x 1,100mm (LxWxH). The instrument cluster of the machine displays plenty of information that comprises of a speedometer, odometer and a fuel gauge along with telltale lights.     The scooter is equipped with 130mm drum brakes at both ends that provide a good stopping power. The suspension duties are carried out impressively by telescopic forks upfront and swingarm with coil spring aided shock absorbers at the rear. Mahindra Flyte runs on grippy 3.50" - 10" tyres at both ends that are mounted on stylish alloy wheels.

    Mahindra Flyte has a bright 12V-35/35W headlight that offers a good vision at nights. The scooter comes with durable and reliable front telescopic fork suspension that make journeys stress free and soothing. Furthermore, the vehicle comes with a 4-in1 anti-theft key that allows the rider do multiple tasks with a single key and key hole only. All these features make it a trendy and trustworthy 125cc scooter in the Indian market.
