Bajaj Avenger to hit Indian market on October 28

Facelift of economical cruiser Bajaj Avenger is scheduled to be launched in India on 28th October. Bajaj is coming up with two models of Avenger, Cruise and Sand Street. As revealed from earlier spy shots, Cruise might get a gracefully-chromed look whereas the Street will get a dark theme.

Both the machines will carry a 220 cc single cylinder, oil cooled engine, producing a power of 19 bhp and torque measured at 19 Nm with a 5-speed transmission. According to sources, the Avenger will be in Indian market on October 28th and the expected price might touch Rs 1 lac.
