The bike can be termed as good value for money.

The air cooled, 4 stroke, single cylinder, OHC engine develops a maximum power of 7.7 PS at 7500 rpm and churns a top torque of 7.55 Nm at 6,000 rpm. Hero Honda CD Deluxe houses 4 speed constant mesh type manual transmission that follows all down gear shifting pattern. The bike comes with 10.5 litres of fuel tank and 1.8 litres of reserve.
