TVS launches Apache Xventure 180 in Indonesia

The Indian two wheeler manufacturer, TVS Motor Company has launched a new edition of its Apache RTR 180 in Indonesian market. The edition has been christened as Apache Xventure 180 and receives a new dual-tone paint scheme. It's not a limited edition, however, the company has introduced it as a standard model now, which doesn't cost you any extra money.

The new paint scheme features an 'X' factor in graphics on fuel tank, seat cowl and engine cowl. The bike is available in four colour options- Black with Golden graphics, while White, Red and Green with Black graphics. Apart from the new paint job, it's the same TVS Apache RTR 180, which is available in India.

Powering the machine is a single-cylinder, 4-stroke, air-cooled engine of 177.4cc displacement with a 6-speed gearbox. The mill is capable to deliver 17bhp of maximum power at 8,500rpm along with a peak torque of 15.5Nm at 6,500rpm.

The TVS Apache Xventure 180 features beast inspired headlamp; Muscled fuel tank, engine cowl and seat cowl; Roto-petal disc brakes and sculpted digital display. It gets a contoured seat and clip-on handlebars to provide a sporty lean forward seating posture.

The bike comes with telescopic forks at the front, while the rear gets advanced Monotube Inverted Gas-filled shox (MIG) with spring aid. Both the front and rear wheels are equipped with petal disc brakes of dia 270mm and 200mm respectively. The company also offers ABS assistance for the braking system as an optional feature, which costs a little extra amount over the price of the machine.
