I bought the Hero Electric Optima for my business a year ago, spending Rs. 78,000. Unfortunately, the battery failed after four months, still under warranty. The company's delayed and indifferent response has left my business in limbo for over four months, causing significant financial losses. Hero Electric's lackadaisical customer service and failure to honor their warranty reflect poorly on their reliability.
