By Samarth | Published Jan 06,2026

It has a similar sporty design with aggressive body lines, as the other Simple e-scooters

The Ultra will share most of its underpinnings and mechanicals with the Simple One Gen 2

The most interesting thing about the Ultra is its IDC (Indian Driving Conditions) claimed range of 400km of from its 6.5kWh battery pack

It will most likely use the same motor from the 5kWh variant of the Simple One Gen 2, which makes 8.8kW of peak power and 72Nm of torque

It has a top speed of 115kmph, and accelerates from 0 to 40kmph in 2.77 seconds (both claimed figures)

Underpinnings are expected to be borrowed from the Simple One Gen 2 as well, but might be tweaked to account for the additional weight of the bigger battery pack

The Ultra will most likely be equipped with the same 7-inch TFT touchscreen display, borrowed from the Gen 2. It will also come with all the features of the Gen 2 as well

Almost all rider aids, like the cruise control, hill hold, traction control, regenerative braking, and riding modes among others, are expected to be carried over from the Simple One Gen 2

When launched, it will rival the Ather 450 Apex, Ola S1 Pro Plus, and the upcoming Ultraviolette Tesseract
