Suzuki has unveiled the e-VanVan e-bike at the 2025 Japan Mobility Show, it is based on the brand’s popular leisure bike from the 1970s, called the VanVan.

The dimensions listed for the e-VanVan are 1,810mm in length, 825mm in width, and 1,050mm in height; these figures are similar to that of the Honda Navi which was also known for its compact design.
The e-VanVan is expected to be roughly as powerful as a 125 cc category motorcycle, which means that it can offer pretty decent performance for daily riding.
According to Suzuki, the e-VanVan is easy to ride and quite stylish as it comes with funky looking balloon tyres, simple lines and a fun attitude similar to the original VanVan.
It gets a simple steel tube frame, a decent sized single piece seat and centre set footpegs.
It comes with an inverted fork and twin rear shock absorbers along with disc brakes at both ends.
The e-VanVan features a TFT console with some minimalistic graphics fused with retro-inspired styling, it also gets bar-end mirrors which gives it a unique retro charm.
As it is a concept vehicle, Suzuki has not yet provided full technical specifications such as battery size, range, motor output or charging details.
According to Suzuki, the e-VanVan is strictly a concept model and Suzuki has not made any announcement about its production version or launch plans.
Overall the Suzuki e-VanVan appears to be a product which will be liked by people who are looking for a compact, fun and funky looking e-bike for their daily commutes.
