TVS Max 125- Adventure bike introduced in Indonesia

The TVS Phoenix based adventure bike, which was recently spotted in India, has been introduced in Indonesia as Max Semi Trail. It is an off-roading version of the Indonesia-spec Max 125 and might not be launched in India.

 

 

The Indonesian TVS Max 125 shares the chassis with the TVS phoenix, which includes the frame, front telescopic forks, hydraulic rear series spring suspensions, 6-spoke alloys, rear drum and front 240mm petal disc brakes. It also uses the same 124.5cc engine, which churns out a maximum power of 10.85bhp and a peak torque of 10.8Nm. New features in the TVS Max Semi Trail version are spoke wheels, off-roading tyres, engine bash plate and a high mounted front fender.

 

 

The body work of the TVS Max 125 looks quite similar to the new Star City Plus including the fuel tank, seat, rear panels and grab rail. However, the headlamp and side panels have been a little tweaked for a sportier appearance.
