Piaggio launches Vespa Care Road Side Assistance Program in India

Piaggio Vehicles Pvt. Ltd.- the wholly owned Indian subsidiary of the Italian Piaggio Group today announced the launch of its new customer care program Vespa Care, an initiative to achieve exceptional quality in customer care under which the privileged Vespa customers will get a 24x7, 365 days Road Side Assistance across 51 cities in India. Taking ahead its pursuit to build higher value proposition and set higher benchmark in customer care, Piaggio has ideated and created an exclusive service to offer the Vespa enthusiast the finest riding experience.
