The Italian manufacturer MV Agusta has imported F3 800 ABS in India. As we have previously mentioned that MV Agusta will also launch its Brutale 1090 in India, this is the second model from the company which is expected to be available in the showrooms from November 2015. The MV Agusta is slowly building up their market in the country by importing  bikes. The price of F3 800 ABS in India is expected to be around INR 12 lac. When launched, this bike will give stiff competition to its rival Ducati Panigale 899 as well as Triumph Daytona 675.

The MV Agusta will be coming to India in collaboration with Kinetic group and will offer its entire range from 800cc to 1078cc engines and hopefully, the company would introduce its wide range of two-wheeled machines over the next couple of years.

MV Agusta F3 800 ABS gets its power from three-cylinder, in line 798cc motor that delivers a maximum power of 148hp at 13000 rpm and peak torque of 88 Nm at 10600 rpm. The engine is mated to 6-speed gearbox with slipper clutch which efficiently transfers engine power to the rear wheels and helps to hit this monster a top speed of 269 km/h. The dry weight of this bike is 173 kg and comes with the power-to-weight ratio of 1.17 HP/kg. The braking system is from Brembo brakes with 320mm twin discs at the front and 220 mm single disc at the rear.

The high-performance Pirelli Diablo Rosso Corsa tyres ensure maximum grip on the road. The handling capabilities of this supersport machine are remarkable with the short 1380 mm wheelbase and a tubular steel trellis frame.

Reportedly, these bikes will be imported to India via CBU route and some of them can be brought through SKD (Semi-Knocked-Down) units also. These machines will surely attract a lot of attention from the Indian buyers.
