Witnessing the most supercharged vehicular addition by any Police Department in the country till date, Gujarat Police recently included a total of six fully customized Harley-Davidson Street 750 bikes to their arsenal. The machines were developed and delivered by the Ahmedabad-based Harley dealership, Nine Bridges Harley-Davidson. This is the first time a police department has adopted such high capacity motorcycles that will serve in specialized use and quick response actions such as the escort of senior ministers, visiting dignitaries and emergency response as part of a natural disaster response team.

On the occasion, Pranav Nanda, Dealer Principal, Nine Bridges Harley-Davidson conveyed, “We are proud to add these Harley-Davidson Street 750 motorcycles to the Gujarat Police arsenal. The Street 750 not only addresses the police department’s need of a performance motorcycle in challenging situations but also provides great confidence and maneuverability in urban conditions.”

Harley Davidson Street 750 is the most affordable bike of the company in India that comes powered by a 749cc, Revolution X™, V-Twin, liquid-cooled engine churning out 53bhp of power and 59Nm of torque. The demon uses six-speed transmission and comes in an all-black theme. Right since its inception in 2014, the bike has shown some decent unit sales and is the best selling model by the American giant in the country.
