Bike for MotoGP 2011 unveiled Ducati Desmosedici

Ducati, the ever famous and most trusted sports bike manufacturer recently released its Ducati Desmosedici GP11 which is to participate the soon to be held MotoGP in Noida. It is known that the new bike is to be ridden by the famous bikers, Valentino Rossi and Nicky Hayden. The most fascinating thing about the bike is that is acquires the number 46 and features luminous yellow, which has become unique on the seven-time world champions bike.



The new Bike designed for MotoGP is stuffed with an engine capacity of 799 cc that is efficient enough of generating a maximum power of 200bhp. The engine is 90 degree V4 four-stroke, desmodromic DOHC, four valves per cylinder type accompanied with liquid cooling technology. The bike is made able of attaining a highest speed of 310 kph/192 mph. With Six-speed cassette-type gearbox and Clutch -Dry multiplate slipper final drive chain type of transmission attached to it, the bike is to assure easy shifting of gears to its rider. Acquiring a dry weight of 150 kg, the new Ducati Desmosedici GP11 is packed with sound braking system of Brembo type that ensures to control the bike. The bike looks sporty and belligerent with being accompanied with Bridgestone tyres that measures to be 16.5 inches both at front and rear.

Recently Ducati launched it 800cc bike in India Ducati Monster 796, giving a best imported bike to India's two-wheeler's market as well.
