Me and my friend both purchased the Yamaha bikes last year.i went for YZ and he bought R15. As till date bothe the bikes are working finely. Almost no maintenance cost spent.except regular servicing. I like the design of R15 but problem is it is not a easy ride. It takes a lot attention to ride this one. Body posture becomes too stiff.i know these sports bikes are meant for that.but my concern is comfort. It is difficult to ride also.and as most of the external design is made of fiber you are always in fear that it can get easily broke even when you have parked it. But, it definitely a bike to impress the chicks. Full marks to design. Fuel consumption is pathetic with 30km/ltr It does not have a kick.only button start so of your battery gives up you can not do anything. You have to to take extreme care or else you may damage the looks easily. So think twice before buying it.you want to show off or you want the comfort.one can buy rs200 which is good enough
