My experience with the Fazer
I bought Fazer about a year ago. There were other options like Pulsar 220 but I like Yamaha more. To begin with, Fazer is heavy and has comparatively low engine power. The ride is not comfortable for the pillion and you will certainly get back pain if you are sitting there for a long duration. The rear tyre, being the widest of all, tend to wear out very early. I had to change my first rear tyre within a year. Once you reach 75 kmph, acceleration decreases and it takes a longer 90 kmph. The high price of the bike is for its looks. The fat rear tyre does not allow the bike to skid in sand and gravel. The pickup is awesome and it reaches the speed of 60 kmph in a flash. Engine vibrations are negligible at high speeds. The plastic quality and spare parts are better than any other bike. Its product quality as a whole is very good. The bike will not give any problem if you follow its proper servicing schedule.
