Yamaha Malaysia has officially launched the Yamaha XMAX 300 Tech MAX.

Priced at RM 28,499 (approx. Rs 6.7 lakhs), sitting above the standard XMAX 250.

Tech MAX comes in an exclusive Crystal Graphite colour with Tech MAX badging.

The scooter gets a premium leather seat with back support for the rider and faux suede-style trim around the front storage compartment.

It is powered by a 292.3 cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine making 28 PS at 7,250 rpm and 28.9 Nm of torque at 5,750 rpm.

For features it gets a 4.2-inch TFT console, a secondary LCD screen and keyless ignition.

It also gets Bluetooth connectivity for call/text alerts, mosaic controls and Garmin turn-by-turn navigation.

The safety package includes traction control, dual-channel ABS and emergency stop signal.

Suspension duties are handled by 33 mm telescopic fork and preload-adjustable dual rear shocks.

It rolls on a big 15-inch front tyre and a 14-inch rear tyre.
