Yamaha has updated its aggressive streetfighters, the MT-125 & MT-07, with new geeky tech in Europe.

The MT-125 now comes loaded with a five-inch console and smartphone connectivity.

The entry-level naked now comes with a traction control system, which we believe is overkill for a 125cc bike.

Making the MT-07 a more outstanding package than ever is the five-inch full-colour TFT console with MyRide app smartphone connectivity.

It also comes ready and pre-wired for a quickshifter fitment, however, a quickshifter as standard would have perhaps sweetened the deal.

Mechanically, both bikes remain unchanged and are offered in the same colours as before – Cyan Storm, Icon Blue and Tech Black.
